Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 business days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Items that are damaged due to misuse, unauthorized modifications, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items returned after 30 business days from delivery
- Items that show signs of use, damage, or tampering
- Items without original packaging or accessories
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@screenflex.shop with your order number, a brief description of the reason for return, and photos of the item if applicable. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Do not send your item back without receiving confirmation from our team first. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account, depending on their processing times.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@screenflex.shop with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
