Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. We will communicate any significant delays via email.

Shipping Timeframes

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days within the United States.

Please note that these are estimated delivery windows and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier conditions, and other factors outside our control.

Shipping Carriers

We work with reliable shipping carriers to deliver your order. The carrier used for your shipment will be indicated in your shipping confirmation email along with your tracking number.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. ScreenFlex is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@screenflex.shop. We will do our best to make corrections if the order has not yet shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

ScreenFlex is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier and check with neighbors or building management. You may also contact us at support@screenflex.shop and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@screenflex.shop with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Currently, we only ship within the United States.
